What is Connect?
Connect is Coyote Hill Foster Care Ministries’s Online Foster Family Portal.
You can access key forms and links through Connect, including:
- Training Registration
- Memory Makers Requests
- Direct Assistance Requests
- Equine Riding Waivers
- Application to Live at The Hill
- Training Hours Log
Logging into Connect
Talk to your Family Advocate about setting up your Connect account! They will need to activate your account first and they can also verify the email address to use.
Once you know the email you need, click “Forgot Password.” This will prompt Connect to send you an email. Then you will be prompted to create a new password. After that, you can log in and see all of the necessary forms listed above.
