Once again, we are blown away by the generosity of our community! In December, we asked if you would consider giving in order to help us create more safe homes at Christmas, and you exceeded our expectations.
We met our goal for our year-end giving campaign, CoMoGives. You helped us raise over $42,000 in just one day on #GivingTuesday, and continued to give generously throughout December. We were able to raise $36,817.50 through CoMoGives alone. You also generously helped us meet our matching gift goals, matching $5,000 in gifts from GP M.A.D.E. Foundation and the Mielke Foundation, which contributed to our #GivingTuesday total. You also matched two $5,000 gifts from Bob McCosh Chevrolet and an anonymous donor during the last week of the year. We are so grateful for your gifts!
Beyond that, over 200 people signed up to sponsor a child’s Christmas wishlist. Thank you for taking the time to go shopping and intentionally picking out toys, clothes, and other fun presents that matched exactly what that child wanted.
You went above and beyond this year, donating well over $75,000 in gifts and donations in order to make sure every child in a Coyote Hill Foster Care Ministries home had a special Christmas. You ensured that 300 children had the Christmas of their dreams!
This is nearly double the amount of children we sponsored last year. Thank you for your commitment to continuously support us as we grow into the community to create more than enough homes for children in foster care.
As we move into 2023, we are so excited to see what God has in store for this ministry. Please join us in praying for provision and guidance as we move into a new year.
