Our 7th Annual Boots ‘n Bids for Kids, held on October 3, was a whole lot of fun packed into one evening!

Our Memory Makers Program can provide funds for school activities, sports equipment or fees, family trips, and more. Recently, families have been using Memory Makers funds for birthday parties for their children!

One child recently had a birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. His Family Advocate was able to attend the party, and overheard him say, “This is the funnest day ever,” and “This is the best day of my life!”

Hope for the Journey is around the corner, and we would love for you to join us! This two-day conference will provide trauma-informed strategies to connect with and empower children. If you are a foster parent, teacher, pastor, or advocate, this conference is for you!

Hope for the Journey will be on June 7 & 8 at Forum Christian Church in Columbia. Cost is $25 for one day or $40 for both days. View the full schedule and register at the link in our bio 💙

The ultimate goal of foster care is reunifying children with their biological parents when it is safe to do so. Recently, Kari and Jordan Nietzel walked alongside two biological parents and worked toward reunification together.

“These parents love their children and acknowledged they messed up and needed to do better,” Kari said. “They went above and beyond to be there for their children.”

Our Egg My Yard Fundraiser in Moberly was amazing! Thank you to everyone who participated and also those who donated their Easter eggs to local foster families. Your support helps give children a safe place to go on egg hunts and celebrate Easter!

For the last 25 years, a very special group of volunteers has made Easter baskets for children who live at our Harrisburg Foster Care Community!

We want to say a huge thank you to King’s Daughters - Donna Crockett Circle and Friends for making these awesome baskets! 🐰💙

This past weekend, we had over 50 people volunteer at The Hill through the Discipleship Now conference. Several youth groups from local churches helped with landscaping, priming a barn, and more. We are so grateful for everyone’s effort! Thank you!
