Pancake Breakfast – Sweet Success!

Our 21st Pancake Breakfast was incredible! In five short hours on March 10th, over 700 people came out to Memorial Baptist Church in support of our children.

Attendees enjoyed a delicious pancake breakfast, chatted with friends, and listened to live music. Most exciting of all, they raised more money for summer fun for our children than ever before…$6,000 to divide among all of our homes!

Pancake Breakfast funds for our four homes will allow them to do things like exciting road trips, visiting places most of them have never dreamed of visiting. It could mean heading to a state park for a long bike ride, or pitching a tent and staying a while. Regardless of the place or activity – thanks to all of the support at our Pancake Breakfast – FUN is guaranteed and memories will be made!Hubbell Home camping trip to Johnson's Shut-Ins |

Also during the event, six Parent Partners committed to monthly support for our children. Because one of our donors agreed to match each new Parent Partner registration during the month of March with a $100 gift, that means an additional $600 was raised! It’s not too late. YOU could help meet the matching gift challenge and increase your gift to Coyote Hill at no additional cost to you. Before April, commit to become a Parent Partner with your gift of at least $25/month.

A special thank you to Memorial Baptist Church, Cracker Barrel, Houlihan’s, Camacho Coffee and the Rainbow Girls for making our Pancake Breakfast the most delicious one yet!  We were also grateful to have had excellent live music provided by Ben Colagiovanni and The January Lanterns. Lastly, many thanks to our incredible volunteers from Memorial, Anthem Church, Forum Young Adults, Crossing Twenties and Little Sisters of the Pearls and Rubies!
