Beginning in mid-August, the on-line marketing company, 3 Interactive, began sending volunteers to Coyote Hill to help tutor our children. Not just once a month, or even once a week…but EVERY day after school. Their employees have been a great asset in our newly converted Education Center, helping our children to improve in reading, math and other educational skills.
Account Manager, Sammie Powell, recently posted on 3 Interactive’s blog about their volunteer involvement at Coyote Hill, “Each of us at 3 Interactive has found volunteering to be an extremely meaningful and beneficial activity. The gratitude received every day from the children at Coyote Hill makes it all worthwhile. So, while we fully understand the importance of hard deadlines, we’ve now also realized that there’s always room in our daily planners for something so invaluable. Tom Brokaw put it simply, “It’s easy to make a buck. It’s a lot tougher to make a difference.”

As our Education Center Director, Amy Kingery, says, “We are so thankful for the patience everyone [at 3 Interactive] has, as well as their high quality commitment to help youth succeed, not only in education, but in life.”
