Other features of the evening included: 70+ silent auction items, a tasty dinner buffet by Hoss’s Market, 10 live auction items hosted by Atterberry Auctioneers, a Wall of Wine, and even a 50/50 Raffle.

The entire evening was enjoyed by over 260 guests, who not only got to bid on wonderful items and enjoy a fantastic meal; but also got to witness the true value of Coyote Hill.

• Doris Overton & Chuck Crews were honored with the Donna Crockett Memorial Award.
• The first showing of our newly created video took place. (Click Here to view.)
• Larry announced the 4th Home would begin construction & be named The Wright Home, after a loyal supporter, Bentley Wright.
• Larry also announced “Overton Arena” an indoor horse arena would begin construction.

After all was said and done…Coyote Hill topped last year’s event by over $7400 and retained a profit of $21,466 to support its programs.

Thank you to everyone who attended or donated an item for the auction!  We hope to make next year’s event an even bigger success.

Homecoming 2010

As a first time coordinator, I was absolutely taken aback by the unbelievable support from the community.  Although we just came to the close of our 18th year, we are still a small organization; tucked away in a small town. When you could have been supporting any number of charities in the mid-Missouri area; you chose us. We could not have provided such a blessed Christmas for our families without everyone’s support. Whether you were able to provide financial support, specific gifts, or time dedicated to wrapping presents or spreading Christmas cheer; all were crucial in this year’s Christmas for Kids.

For the first time supporters, thank you! You’re eagerness to get involved this year, and the next are so encouraging. You may have just become familiar with Coyote Hill, but that didn’t stop you from helping our children in a tremendous way.

For our loyal, yearly supporters, thank you again! Year after year you focus all of your Christmas support to Coyote Hill, and we cannot thank you enough. There is nothing more comforting than to know that next year our children will be again taken care of, because of you.

Thank you again for your time & effort to help grant Christmas wishes for our precious Coyote Hill children.
