Highlights of Boots-n-Bids
Consider it another event for the record books…The 4th annual Boots -n- Bids for Kids started off with a bang! The Norm Ruebling Band got things “kickin” with some great music and Emcee, Fred Parry welcomed guests with his ever-classic humor and charm.
Other features of the evening included: 70+ silent auction items, a tasty dinner buffet by Hoss’s Market, 10 live auction items hosted by Atterberry Auctioneers, a Wall of Wine, and even a 50/50 Raffle.
The entire evening was enjoyed by over 260 guests, who not only got to bid on wonderful items and enjoy a fantastic meal; but also got to witness the true value of Coyote Hill.
- Doris Overton & Chuck Crews were honored with the Donna Crockett Memorial Award.

- Larry announced the 4th Home would begin construction & be named The Wright Home, after a loyal supporter, Bentley Wright.
- Larry also announced “Overton Arena” an indoor horse arena would begin construction.
After all was said and done…Coyote Hill topped last year’s event by over $7400 and retained a profit of $21,466 to support its programs.
